Hey everyone! The Christmas season is upon us, and you know what that means. Shit be crazy busy. Which pretty much sums up why I’ve been MIA over the past couple weeks.

But Christmas also means that it’s the time of year to share. So I wanted to share with all of you a project that Boats N Hoes and I have been working on for the past few months. A 1/350 model Enterprise!

It’s just as big as it sounds and in the end will have lights and everything too. Courtesy of an Arudino and my trusty soldering iron.

Now this is just the start obviously. We still have a long way to go until there’s a bad ass Enterprise sitting in our home office. But we’re getting there! And I’ll be posting these build videos along the way so that you all can follow along too.

By the way, if circuits make your eyes go cross eyed, have no fear. There’s also going to be a hell of a lot of painting, decaling, sanding, and gluing going on before all is said and done. So there are going to be more than a few videos talking about the actual artistry side of model making too. We just have to take care of all the electrical guts before we can get on to all of that fun stuff!
