With the ink on the script to Bill and Ted 3 finally dry, I found myself thinking today, “Whatever happened to Death after Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey?”
Sure if you watched the end credits then you saw that he officially joined the Wyld Stallyns as their bass player, got a subsequent big head then left the band, but later rejoined the guys for a concert on Mars.
Sounds like that’s the end story doesn’t it? And you’re probably right. But I’ve seen enough Behind the Musics back in the day to give me this nagging feeling that there just HAD to be more!
Well my suspicions were proved correct this weekend Internet. Death has spent that past 20 so odd years pumping iron and is now heavy in the death combat scene.
Sure he looks a lot angrier now a days, but I’m just glad he’s still finding work after that whole “You sunk my battleship” incident.
Bogus Journey, has one of the BEST Cheese Metal soundtracks of all time. Still one of my favorite albums!!!

Oh hell yeah dude! I bought the soundtrack on tape AND CD. Gotta admit though, that opening song from the first song still takes the freaking cake.
