Dark Knight Rises Prologue Footage Leaked! Watch!

the-dark-knight-rises-bane-2

Well that didn’t take long! Last night was the first screening of the Dark Knight Rises prologue footage and it’s already making it’s way around the web! Warner Bros. is pulling them down just about as fast as they’re getting put up, so be sure to check out the footage below fast!

Before you watch though, I first have to tell you how surprised I am at the direction Nolan is taking the trilogy. I mean, yes the footage looks just fantastic and epic and Bane is clearly not pulling out any punches. But…he’s also a little too cuddly for my tastes. Either way though, I think you’ll agree that Nolan is definitely taking things back to the beginning that’s for sure. I don’t know…just watch it below if you can’t just go see it in IMAX.

Lol. Just kidding. We can’t actually host any footage here because well…that’s illegal. You still should watch the video though because it’s cute as all hell. I just wanted to see how high we could get our hit count up today with people looking for the awesome 6 minute prologue :)

Here…just so you don’t hate me, this is the real link to a site that has the footage up. I promise. You really should be quick about it though because I’m sure it won’t be up for long.[/spoiler]

REC 3 Trailer

rec3b

REC 3 looks like it starts out like the first two, with the found footage look.  Halfway through it becomes obvious that they dropped this idea and made a narrative, 3rd person film.  Which is OK, but why call it REC?  It isn’t in the same format.  This would be like having a Terminator 5 but the opening 10 minutes is a discussion how the terminators almost wiped out humanity only to never have any computer cyborg in the film from then on…. and it’s now American Pie 8….  with Twilight vampires.

I found this list of movie posters where the main actor in the poster has been removed and replaced with an iconic cartoon character.  Some of them are pretty funny.

Big Trouble In Little China Scriptless

Big Troubvle

So this weekend, One Sheet and I had to detail the awesomeness that is Big Trouble in Little China to the Producer.  She had never seen it, and after listening to us ramble on about it might be an inevitable conclusion that she never will.  In the meantime, everyone else has already enjoyed the wonderment of one of John Carpenter’s most loved films.

It would seem that this YouTube editor has constructed a hidden meaning beneath the film that shows the filmmakers may have never showed Kurt Russel any page of the script.

Hunger Games Character Posters

The-Hunger-Games-Katniss-550x847

I know it’s not Boozinga related, but I did say if anything came out Hunger Games related I would be posting it.  Check out the new character posters from the upcoming film adaptation of Collins’ book series, The Hunger Games.

The Hunger Games opens March 23, 2012, and is the first in a planned four-part series.

Official synopsis:

Every year in the ruins of what was once North America, the nation of Panem forces each of its twelve districts to send a teenage boy and girl to compete in the Hunger Games. Part twisted entertainment, part government intimidation tactic, the Hunger Games are a nationally televised event in which “Tributes” must fight with one another until one survivor remains.

Pitted against highly-trained Tributes who have prepared for these Games their entire lives, Katniss is forced to rely upon her sharp instincts as well as the mentorship of drunken former victor Haymitch Abernathy. If she’s ever to return home to District 12, Katniss must make impossible choices in the arena that weigh survival against humanity and life against love.
